Founded in 2011, CharBar No. 7 opened its doors to introduce what would become the most groundbreaking concept of the 21st century. Well, not really, but we’re pretty sure we’ve come up with something good. Life is serious enough, dinner and drinks with friends and family should be a break from the daily grind. This, “come for a drink, stay for while” attitude has shaped us into what we are today... a relaxing, no-hassle, neighborhood spot. While we do take our food seriously, we strive to offer a welcoming feeling in our restaurant. Whether it is with family, friends, or by yourself, we invite you to come enjoy some good music, eat a big meal, and stay for a drink.

So, why is the name of the place CharBar No. 7? We currently have 6 Char Bars but hope to have many more! And while the question of the name seems to arise more often than not, the answer is that your guess is as good as ours. Besides, you came for the burgers anyway.

CharBar No. 7 takes pride in the food we serve to each individual guest. The wide scope of our menu includes fresh seafood, chicken dishes, classic and unique sandwiches, signature and DIY salads and weekly featured items. But the soul of the menu is beef. CB7 is well-known for cooking its burgers with love and its steaks with passion. Whether you're in the mood for one of our signature burgers, or a perfectly seasoned CAB steak, we’ve got your order. We offer some of the best meat, seared to perfection and served up on a sizzling skillet, at a price you can afford any day of the week. Our 1700° broiler cooks every steak, every burger, and every piece of fish with an intense heat that seals in flavor and juices to get the most tender, mouth-watering flavor.
